Eight researchers from Kanazawa University have been selected for the 2025 TeSH GAP Fund Program

This year, eight faculty members from our university have been selected for Step 1 of the 2025 TeSH GAP Fund Program, which is aimed at faculty and graduate students aspiring to launch startups.

Selected applicants will receive up to 5 million yen as R&D expenses for one year, with the aim of bringing the results of their basic research to a stage where their business potential can be evaluated.

Please keep an eye on the progress of the selected recipients as they work toward future commercialization.

Tech Startup HOKURIKU (TeSH) is a startup development platform based in the Hokuriku region, led by the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) and Kanazawa University, with the collaboration of 11 universities and 3 technical colleges across the three prefectures of Hokuriku region.
