Event Details
The Noto Satoyama Satoumi SDGs Meister Program aims to develop human resources with the knowledge and ability to carry out activities aimed at regional revitalization, centered on Noto, by utilizing the region's rich resources, including Noto Satoyama Satoumi, which has been recognized as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System. The educational program for working adults began in 2007, and by the end of fiscal year 2024, 262 people have completed it.
Currently Kanazawa University is accepting applications for the class of 2025 year.
We sincerely welcome applications from people with a spirit of challenge who are willing to tackle head-on solutions to the various social issues facing the Noto region, including the population decline that is accelerating due to the earthquake and torrential rains, and contribute to the creation of a sustainable regional society that is unique to Noto and in harmony with the natural environment and traditional culture.
Enrollment Period: April 9, 2025, 8:30 a.m. to May 10, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
